Dr. Jamila Miller, D.D.S., M.S.D.
Dr. Jamila Miller is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, and has been practicing prosthodontics and general dentistry in Munster, Indiana, since 2008. As a prosthodontist, she has completed three additional years of advanced specialty training beyond dental school, focusing on esthetic and cosmetic dentistry, restorative and reconstructive dentistry, and implant dentistry at an accredited institution. Dr. Miller is committed to staying current with the latest techniques and advancements through annual continuing education courses.
Dr. Miller is passionate about providing personalized dental solutions tailored to each patient’s unique oral health needs. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels like part of her dental family. Whether the treatment required is straightforward or complex, Dr. Miller is dedicated to delivering compassionate, expert care.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Miller enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. An avid reader, she often has multiple books in progress simultaneously. She is also deeply committed to giving back, participating in mission trips to support underserved communities, having traveled to Liberia, Guyana, and Jamaica.

Dr. Cornell McCullom III, D.D.S., M.D.
Dr. Cornell McCullom brings over 25 years of experience to our practice, specializing in oral surgery and facial aesthetics. Since 2018, he has partnered with Dr. Jamila Miller to provide expert care tailored to our patients’ needs. Dr. McCullom offers a wide range of services, including extractions, bone grafting, implant placement, as well as advanced facial aesthetic treatments such as Belotero®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, Restylane®, and Botox®.
A graduate of Yale University, Dr. McCullom earned his dental degree from Howard University and his medical degree from Northwestern University. He served as an assistant professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at both Northwestern University and the University of Illinois. Additionally, he completed a year-long general anesthesia fellowship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Notably, Dr. McCullom is one of only five African American oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the United States who hold both medical and dental degrees.
Dr. McCullom is extensively trained in implant surgery and facial reconstruction and is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute. Committed to excellence, he continuously updates his skills by regularly participating in continuing education courses, attends lectures, and is an active member of several professional dental organizations to stay at the forefront of his field.
His work has been featured in Chicago N’Digo and on ABC News’ “Someone You Should Know.” He has also contributed to live surgical demonstrations and founded a teaching institute in Chicago dedicated to advancing surgical education.
Outside the office, Dr. McCullom is a sports enthusiast, former captain of the Yale track team, and an avid runner. He also coaches youth soccer and practices Aikido, a traditional Japanese martial art.
