Dental Insurance
Dr. Jamila Miller is a fee for service practice. Our office is an out of network proving office and is not contracted with any dental insurance companies. If you do carry dental insurance, bring your insurance card to your appointment. As a courtesy to our patients we will file all insurance claims to your dental insurance company on your behalf. Whatever reimbursement you may get, will get directly mailed to you from the insurance company.
