Amy
Dental Hygienist
Amy graduated from Indiana University Northwest (IUN) in 2003, with her associates in Dental Hygiene. Amy’s passion in dentistry is meeting patients right where they are in their dental health journey. She loves educating patients on how to maintain the healthy smile they desire and deserve. Amy lives in Northwest Indiana with her husband of 21 years, their 3 children, 3 dogs and 2 cats. Whenever they get the chance, you can find Amy and her family outdoors, camping and traveling to state parks in their motorhome. When time allows, Amy also loves curling up with a good book.
Nicole
Dental Assistant
Nicole, our lead dental assistant, joined the team in June of 2014. Her job is making sure that Dr. Miller can work smoothly and efficiently. One of the things she enjoys most about dentistry is seeing how changing a patient’s smile transforms their lives. Nicole is here to help calm your nerves and answer your questions. She helps to make treatment easy in a soothing environment that is pleasant for our patients.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Leanne
Dental Assistant
Leanne joined our team as an assistant in September of 2019. She received her dental radiology license and dental assistant certification in 1985. Leanne's roles include sterilization of instruments and rooms, laboratory work, and Evoke treatment. Leanne enjoys working with patients and watching their transformation from the beginning of their treatment to the very end.
In Leanne's free time she loves spending time at her lake house in Michigan and visiting her granddaughters in Carmel, IN.
Julia
Patient Coordinator
Julia is another friendly face you will catch as soon as you walk into our office. She is here to help with your scheduling needs. She joined our office in April of 2021. Julia loves to make patients smile and laugh. She graduated magna cum laude from St. Joseph's College in 2001 with a degree in psychology. She received her dental radiology license in 2002. Her plan was to work for a dentist for the summer and that summer turned into 19 years.
In her free time Julia enjoys gardening, hunting, and being outdoors.
Danielle
Treatment Plan Coordinator
Danielle joined our dental team in November of 2019 with over 20 years of dental experience. She loves creating relationships with her patients and working to understand their needs. She is truly a patient advocate and helps patients overcome obstacles to achieve the beautiful, healthy smile they deserve. She works directly with Dr. Miller to help educate patients on the specialty of prosthodontics and what available treatment options are best for their needs. She is passionate about helping patients and will be there step by step throughout your treatment process making sure you understand the steps and are comfortable with your desired treatment.
Danielle loves spending time with her family and new grandson, gardening, yoga, and weekend adventures.
Laura
Community Relations Coordinator
Laura has been in the dental field since 2005, earning her dental radiology license and dental assistant certificate in the process. She worked as Dr. Miller’s assistant and office manager from 2009-2019. Not only has she worked with Dr. Miller for over 10 years, but she also has experience in periodontics and oral surgery. Laura's current role is working with referring dentists to strengthen patient care and to make sure there is a clear path of communication between doctors. She also helps navigate Dr. Miller's study club, the Apollonia Dental Society. Laura is always trying to make people smile and feel confident within themselves.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, painting, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with her husband and sons.
